Server confirmation is missing

Server confirmation is missing

Last updated Oct 6, 2026

The browser reported an order and the store's server confirmation has not followed within ten minutes. Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop only; it warns.

What was observed

Your store reports each order from the browser and from its own server. Both carry the same order id, and TraceLog counts the order once.

The browser's report arrived, and at least ten minutes later the server's confirmation has not. The row clears as soon as it arrives.

Check that your store's server confirmation of the order is reaching TraceLog.

What to check

The check depends on the channel serving your project.

  • WooCommerce — check that the site can reach the TraceLog API, https://api.tracelog.io, from the server. A firewall or a blocked outbound request is the usual cause, and the plugin's own settings page reports the last delivery it attempted.
  • PrestaShop — check that the shop's server can reach the TraceLog API — a firewall or a blocked outbound request is the usual cause — and that the order reached a paid status: the module confirms an order when it is paid.
  • Shopify — check the app's webhook delivery in the Partner dashboard. The orders/paid subscription is what carries the confirmation.

Effect on verification

It warns and never blocks verification. It is raised only on Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop, the channels that install a server confirmation.

If you install through the script tag or npm, your server path is the server API, and this row is never raised on those channels.
